Q: Do you specialize in control systems only?

Q: Do you do business internationally?

A: Yes. We are capable of providing our products and services throughout most regions worldwide. Currently our machines are present in the USA, China, UK, and South Africa. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: Do you make custom machines?

A: Yes. In-house engineering and our drive to provide our customers with the most ideal machines for their production needs have made “custom” an everyday term for us. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: Do you rebuild old machines that are not manufactured by AMCS?

A: We are able to rebuild and retro-fit any make/model machine. If desired we have the ability to take those that are proprietary and fit them with non-proprietary components. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: What size tube/pipe can your machines bend or form?

A: We are able to build tube formers up to 12 inches or in some cases, even larger. Back to Career FAQs

Q: Do you manufacture end-formers?

A: Yes. We engineer and manufacture tube end-formers, such as cut-offs, expanders, reducers, punches, and beaders. Back to AMCS AQs

Q: Do you make hydro-forming presses?

A: No. Currently we do not manufacture hydro-forming presses. However, some of our machines such as our benders are implemented as part of the pre-hydro-forming process. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: Do you manufacture automated loaders?

A: Yes. We manufacture several types of loader cells, including seam detectors and debundlers, which help our customers achieve or even surpass their production demands. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: Can you combine old cells with new benders?

A: Yes. We are no strangers to situations that involve some type of customization and adaptation. Our CNC control systems are designed to be able to operate multiple machines in such a way as to create synchronized, high-speed work cells. Back to AMCS FAQs

Q: Can your control systems be implemented on an older machine?
